Who are we? We are a well established Body Shop in beautiful Muskegon, Michigan. We currently have an amazing team of estimators, support team, body shop technicians, and painters. Many of our team members have been with our team for a long time. We have little to no turn over and a great reputation with the community and insurance companies. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff of the body shop
• Manage and review auto body repair services in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Ensure that engineering, safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Monitor progress of project and report progress to stakeholders
• Analyze, prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure completion of daily objectives
• Maintain relationships with customers, staff and other stakeholders
• Prepare estimates, offer parts ordering and follow up repair services

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in auto body repair and management
• In-depth knowledge of auto body repair procedures, safety regulations and relevant state regulations
• Previous experience managing a body shop
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Technical proficiency with automotive repair tools and lubrication
