Business Analyst - SAP PP/DS & APO

Position Overview

Clover Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP PP/DS & APO for a functional support role . This position requires strong interaction with users, coaching, and the ability to navigate SAP IMG configurations. Candidates must have experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

SAP APO & PP/DS experience is essential, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of a global or regional Competency Center, supporting functions such as Order Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Engineering .
• Provide support across North America, Europe, and/or Asia , ensuring standard processes and best practices align with business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) , consulting with business leaders and end users on system capabilities and best practices.
• Ensure systems, applications, and modules are configured, tested, and documented to meet specifications.
• Analyze and develop solutions to align configuration and testing with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.
• Participate in and support system strategy development , defining business requirements for various functional areas.
• Provide technical support for assigned functions, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Lead and support initiatives to enhance business processes within Order Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Engineering.
• Ensure a user-friendly experience that supports process discipline and business needs within the system's capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex system issues.
• Experience in business process analysis and solution design .
• Strong project management skills , including scope definition and action plan development.
• Leadership ability to guide process team members in implementing changes.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications required (or equivalent relevant experience).
• In-depth understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong knowledge of how assigned business processes integrate into global and regional value streams .

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
