We are seeking the right Intern who is passionate about Commercial Real Estate to joining thriving real estate brokerage team. Ideal candidates have ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail for a litany of administrative projects is essential for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Gathering market research data
• Writing market, submarket, and/or neighborhood research report drafts
• Update and maintain owner database
• CRM management and follow-ups
• Aggregating data from 3rd party sources such as CoStar, Yardi Matrix, etc.
• Research ownership records, market data and industry trends
• Assist with generating sales presentations and marketing packages using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Create spreadsheets/pivot tables using Microsoft Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or current college students preferred
• Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data entry, preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
• Real estate license not required
