Hop into spring with a new job opportunity! Our client in Naperville, IL is looking for a Credit Union Call Center Representative to join their team! This member-driven credit union provides their clients with 24/7 access to products and services that will help them achieve their financial goals.

Credit Union Call Center Representative Responsibilities:  
  • Deliver service to both internal and external members that are in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promises
  • Explain and recommend credit union products and services
  • Provide information on new and on-going promotions
  • Address and resolve member problems and complaints
  • Facilitate wire transfer requests, process check orders and provide loan payoff information
  • Process phone transfer requests between share accounts, loan accounts and cross-member accounts
  • Process check withdrawals and loan advance requests
  • Meet daily/monthly departmental productivity standards
Credit Union Call Center Representative Requirements: 
  • 1+ years of consecutive experience in a bank, credit union or financial institution   
  • Previous work experience in a fast-paced call center environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask while speaking with a customer on the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, effective listening skills and ability to identify needs through phone conversation
