Job Description

About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join a global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery solutions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building strong, strategic relationships with our enterprise customers, ensuring they are successful with our solutions. You'll advocate for customers, helping them achieve their goals and ensuring they receive the best possible service to drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Build lasting, strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for both current product offerings and potential future opportunities.
Conduct regular customer health checks, identifying and escalating issues as needed.
Support the creation of case studies and customer references, showcasing success stories.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and other cross-functional groups, to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Work closely with the Renewals team to help drive strong renewal rates.
Align all customer-facing activities with the customer's business objectives, ensuring the full potential of the solution is realized.
Provide valuable feedback to Product Management regarding key features or limitations that could impact growth.
Contribute to process documentation and team knowledge sharing.
Promote a positive, innovative, and adaptable work culture that fosters growth and development.
Proactively identify potential customer risks and develop action plans to address them.
Work remotely with customers and internal teams, with occasional travel (up to 20%).
Requirements:

Prior experience in customer success or a related role.
Strong ability to propose and implement new ideas to enhance the customer success process.
Project management experience with a goal-oriented approach.
Patience, understanding, and empathy to effectively manage customer concerns and conflicts.
Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
Self-starter with a passion for customer success.
Experience gathering and analyzing customer success metrics, including usage patterns and growth trends.
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to lead projects efficiently.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies, SaaS offerings, Microsoft 365, and associated infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
Additional Information:
This is a remote position, and candidates in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone are preferred, though this is not a strict requirement.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 126,000.00 181,000.00 Per Year
