Dental Hygienist - Cadillac, MI job at RaiZan Solutions Cadillac, MI, US

Job Description

Work Schedule: * Tuesday to Friday, Monday to Thursday (rotating) Responsibilities:

Provide advanced hygiene periodontal health care.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Perform scaling and root planing for periodontal therapy.
Utilize the Dental Fitness Index (DFI) to evaluate and ensure patient periodontal health, requiring a minimum DFI Med score of 80 to pass.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications:

Certified Dental Hygienist with a current license to practice in Michigan.
Proven experience in advanced periodontal health care.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage: $50-$55 per hour.
