As a Direct Mail Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to create and execute successful direct mail campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of direct mail campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging.
Data Management:
Manage and maintain accurate customer databases for targeted mailing lists.
Segment data based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.
Content Development:
Support in crafting compelling and engaging content for direct mail pieces.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Creative Asset Coordination:
Coordinate with design and print teams to develop eye-catching and effective direct mail materials.
Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery.
Response Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor response rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Compliance and Budgeting:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and postal requirements.
Assist in budget management for direct mail campaigns.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential target segments and industry trends.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies in direct mail marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on direct mail campaigns being a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
