Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for rockstar Directors of Catering Sales for our fantastic hospitality clients located in New York, NY!

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in catering sales, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong client relationship management experience, with a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional results
• Highly intuitive, problem-solving nature – able to identify challenges in event planning and create innovative solutions
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event timelines
• A passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding customer service
• Experience in team management and staff training, particularly in event and catering settings
