Document Control Specialist - Salt Lake City, UT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Document Control Specialist to join our compliance team. In this admin support role, you will work with internal compliance teams to verify the legality of documentation provided by vendors and partners. You will support all aspects of vendor documentation review, email communication, data entry, and Oracle processes. Your role will involve handling both physical and digital documents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication across several systems, including email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Analyze incoming documentation to ensure it meets company requirements.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of project working files and final records.
  • Identify improvements to compliance processes and internal controls.


Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in document control, data entry, sorting, and quality assurance.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of prior office experience.
  • Prior knowledge/experience in verifying business standings and legal documentation.
  • Associates Degree (Business Administration preferred).


Work Environment

This role is based in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, with easy access to Trax and various downtown events. The position requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a small team of 5-10 people in a fast-paced environment. The work floor can get loud and busy, so you must be proactive in seeking help when needed. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
