The primary duties of a Drain Technician will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems for residential customers. A Drain Tech provides excellent customer service, communicates effectively with clients, and works both independently and as part of a team. With hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities, they play a key role in maintaining the health and safety of plumbing systems.
