Rebar Detailer/Estimator: Do you have a knack for detail and enjoy working with a dynamic team? Do you have a knowledge of CAD and a broad knowledge of general civil engineering? Come join our team and grow as a rebar detailer and Estimator. Company: A leading family owned independent rebar fabricator that has been serving the SE for over 50 years has its sights set on continued growth through 2025 and is looking to add an experience detailer/estimator to their team. Serving the commercial, industrial, educational industries, no job is to large or to small to meet their customer needs. About You: The person we are looking for has proven capabilities as a leader and excellent organizational skills. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of accuracy. You also enjoy working on a remote team that has a high level of collaboration and communication.Position Snapshot. A detailer is commonly expected to understand concrete reinforcing products, have a general knowledge of basic building systems, and experience in AutoCAD or BIM applications. To be successful in this role you will:

• Ability to Read and Understand Construction Drawings/Structural Drawings and Specifications.
• Proficiency in aSa Estimating Software is a plus
• Attention to Detail to ensure accurate estimate
• Knowledge of Rebar sizes, spacing, and placement requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and RebarCAD is a plus
• Time Management to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded.
• Attention to Detail to ensure that rebar drawings are accurate, clear, and complete, with proper dimensions and placement instructions and easy to understand.
