Parker Innovation Consulting is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our growing business ventures, including **Travel for Smiles** and **Amazing Lawns by Stew**. This role is critical to our success as we balance two dynamic businesses and multiple projects. The ideal candidate will not only have exceptional organizational and communication skills but also a passion for streamlining processes and solving problems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• **Email Management**: Maintain inbox zero by sorting, prioritizing, and drafting responses.
• **Yardbook Management**:
• Handle customer records, including contact details, service histories, and recurring services.
• Create and send invoices for lawn care services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Record and categorize expenses to maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• **Travel Management**:
• Assist with booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and excursions.
• Organize and maintain travel itineraries for clients.
• Research and recommend travel packages, discounts, or deals for customers.
• **Task Delegation**: Track task assignments and ensure deadlines are met.
• **Scheduling**: Manage appointments, client bookings, and family-related activities.
• **Research**: Conduct market and client research for both lawn care and travel ventures.
• **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**: Update and manage SOP documents for all business processes.
• **Reporting**: Generate regular updates, including financial summaries and workflow improvements.
• **Creative Content**: Design newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials using Canva.
**What We’re Looking For:**
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
• **Experience with Yardbook** or similar customer management software is a must.
• Familiarity with travel management or booking platforms (e.g., Expedia, Sabre, or Amadeus) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like Gmail, Trello, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and propose solutions to challenges.
• Interest in supporting small businesses with a family-centered approach.
**Preferred Skills:**
• Familiarity with the lawn care or landscaping industry.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices or financial software.
• Experience with task management platforms like ClickUp or Asana.
