    Position Overview:

    Canon is seeking a motivated, passionate, and highly skilled Line Cook to join our talented kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and is eager to contribute to the success of a Michelin-recognized restaurant. The ideal candidate will have previous fine-dining experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional food.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to Canon’s standards, ensuring consistency and precision.
    • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to execute seasonal, menu-driven items.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
    • Support the team in prepping ingredients, managing inventory, and organizing kitchen operations.
    • Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality.
    • Collaborate with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to maintain a positive, professional work environment.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and special menu requests with flexibility and a calm demeanor.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in a fine-dining or Michelin-level kitchen environment.
    • Proficient in all kitchen stations, with the ability to work various stations as needed.
    • Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
    • High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
    • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from chefs and fellow team members.
    • Ability to handle high-volume service periods while maintaining quality.
    • Flexibility with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
