Forklift Operator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as a Forklift Operator. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Schedule:

• 4-Day work week - start time is 3:00 pm. 10-hour shifts + mandatory OT as needed
• You will have every Friday and Saturday off
• You will be scheduled to work Sunday and Thursday
• The remaining two scheduled days and one unscheduled day will be determined by business needs
• Must be able to work Monday-Thursday first week for training.

Pay:

• $25.00 per hour. Incentive pay after training allows dedicated Forklift Operators to earn on average $32 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Follow pallet let down procedures.
• Pick and load product as necessary.
• Keep assigned work areas/isles clean and organized.
• Daily inspections of equipment and safety conditions.
• Maintain all paperwork and log proper pallet locations.
• Report all damages to Inventory Control, write up report, remove from slots.
• Stock product by filling slots (Replenish slots, and rotate product in assigned areas).

Required:

• Possess basic math skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated and a team player.
• Prior experience with RF warehouse technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Operate electric, stand-up/reach forklift, and electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
