HR Assistant

• Pay : $20–$23/hr (Based on Experience)
• Hours : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire
• Location : Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position Overview

A metal fabrication manufacturer in East Tulsa is seeking a  high-energy, employee-focused HR Assistant to join their team. This hands-on role is vital to supporting the company’s HR processes, with a primary focus on employee relations and assisting with various HR duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily, customer service-oriented interaction with employees.
• Guide applicants through the direct-hire process, including coordinating interviews with managers and supervisors.
• Perform data entry tasks, such as processing W4 changes, direct deposit updates, payroll deductions, and more.
• Complete monthly reporting requirements.
• Ensure all temporary employees are entered into the system and update employment statuses as needed.
• Conduct communication meetings in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with all division and corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with  strong Excel skills .
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information.
