Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will contribute to a fast-paced growing team in the Human Resources department and will perform tasks independently while working closely with individual team members to ensure that objectives are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support HR Operations team with projects
• Assist with onboarding activities
• Research and gather information on Affirmative Action and documentation
• Assist with Internship recruiting and programs
• Assist recruitment team as needed
• Additional related tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Skills Required:

• Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Human Resources, or related degree.
• Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills are mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
• Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Be self-motivated.
• Prior internship and/or related engineering or HR experience are a plus.
