Join Haines A/C as a Highly Skilled HVAC Technician and enjoy the flexibility to choose between a 4-day, 5-day, or multiple-shift workweek. We offer up to a $2000 sign-on bonus and a work environment where you can grow and thrive!

• +$27 hourly based on experience
• No On-Call schedule
• No High-Pressure Sales

Highly Skilled HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Steady year-round work in Naples/South Fort Myers areas
• Choose between 4-day or 5-day workweek or multiple shifts
• Work with high-end HVAC/R technology like City Multi VRF, Aaon, split systems
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Perform residential tune-ups, maintenance, diagnostic service calls, and repairs

Experienced HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

• +3 years of service tech experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Availability for Monday-Friday, Saturdays, and on-call
• Clean driving record and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and lift a minimum of 75+ LBS
• Authorized to work in the US
