Advise companys U.S. operations on regulatory matters, including application of and compliance with the U.S. banking laws applicable to foreign and U.S. domestic bank holding companies, U.S. offices of foreign banks, and national banks, including the Bank Holding Company Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, the National Bank Act, and other regulations applicable to financial institutions (e.g. emerging climate change related matters) including regulations of the Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, CFPB, and other federal and state regulatory agencies. Keep informed on state and federal legislative and regulatory proposals that would affect financial institutions
