Our Syndicate team is seeking a summer intern. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a self-driven student to support an experienced team of professionals at one of the nation’s leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sort and gather data based on available data
• Update systems and files for advisors and our desk
• Answer the Syndicate Desk hotline and address any questions
• Develop visual graphics based on internal data for PowerPoint presentations
• Learn various aspects of the Syndicate Desk on Capital Raising and Capital Markets
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned.

Experience and Skills

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university, preferably pursuing a major in finance, economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Macros) and Python preferred
• Professional presentation skills and ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily workflow
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.  Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $20-25.00 per hour.
