Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated Life Insurance Virtual Sales Agents who can respond to our warm leads, schedule and run appointments, and earn commission on life insurance sales. We offer full training and mentorship to the right people. You must have a life insurance license or be willing to get licensed first (which can take a couple of weeks). As you work from home, you’ll be responsible for engaging with and presenting insurance solutions to new prospects and current customers. Ample training and coaching is provided. If you have a proven track record for self-motivation and an interest in a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect! (You must live in the United States in order to be considered for this position. Please do not submit an application if you live outside of the U.S.) Responsibilities:

• Call warm leads generated in our system according to your personal schedule
• Leverage multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and opportunities
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects
• Mentor your teammates and participate in occasional training and meetings

Qualifications:

• MUST live in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience (not required)
• Have an interest in helping people and solving problems
• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, client, and team alike
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
