Job Summary: Performs major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.Seasonal positions available that can lead to a fulltime position. Benefits* 401K offered

* Healthcare Responsibilities * Requires some weekend and holiday hours. Shifts vary.

• Mowing
• Keep grounds clear of visible trash and cleans the parking lot, sidewalks, breezeways, stairs, and entrance thoroughly, including weed removal
• Report any problems that would interfere with guest satisfaction
• Basic hotel and cabin maintenance
• Verify that all exterior lights are working properly
• Report and fix any safety hazards throughout the hotel
• Other duties as assigned
