We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mattress Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mattresses to our customers' homes while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport mattresses to customer locations.
• Load, unload, and transport mattresses in a manner that prevents damage.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers, adhering to scheduled time slots.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Confirm delivery details with customers, including item condition and delivery instructions.
• Assist with the setup and installation of mattresses (if applicable).
• Ensure that all delivery paperwork, including delivery receipts and customer signatures, is completed accurately.
• Maintain and clean the delivery vehicle regularly.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
• Report any vehicle issues or delivery concerns to management promptly.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (mattresses typically range from 30 to 150 pounds).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mattress or furniture delivery.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to operate a delivery truck and navigate using GPS or maps.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy mattresses (up to 150 lbs with assistance).
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods during the delivery process.

Pay Rate: $200.00 a day for Drivers

As a Mattress Delivery Helper, you will work alongside a driver to deliver mattresses to our customers, ensuring that each delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading mattresses and other related products.
• Safely and carefully handle mattresses to avoid damage during transit and delivery.
• Help navigate the delivery route and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist in setting up and installing mattresses in customers’ homes (if applicable).
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the delivery.
• Verify delivery details and check customer signatures to confirm successful delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and receipts are completed accurately.
• Help ensure the safety of the delivery team and customers by adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with the inspection of products for any damage or defects before delivery.
• Help with other warehouse duties, such as organizing and preparing orders for delivery when needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy mattresses (up to 150 lbs with assistance).
