Medical Assistant/Administrative Assistant Location Palm Desert, CA :

Comprehensive front and back office medical assistant/administrative duties.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay strong attention to detail
• Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task, and be efficient
• Take Vital signs/record medical history/scribe accurately
• Obtain insurance authorizations for interventional pain procedures
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Phlebotomy skills preferred
• Perform all other duties assigned
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CA state COVID vaccine requirements for Health Care Workers required for application
• PART Time hours. Not a full time employment position. Need some weekday availability between 8-4PM on Monday-Friday but overall flexible schedule. Administrative duties can be completed at mutually agreed upon times.
• Ideal for pre med students who are looking for clinic experience or if you are looking for part time work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
