Nail Technician Manager

AMAZING NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR NAIL TECHNICIAN!!!

Newer Salon in Sparta NJ, Now hiring a manager for our nail department. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team to help grow, recruit, and build a successful nail department. Our salon is a full-service salon that offers a wide range of services and products.

Qualifications:

• Experience is required 
• Good Management skills
• New Jersey Board of Cosmetology License (Required)
• Fully proficient at polishing, manicures, and pedicures etc.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with a team and be a leader in your department
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Fashion Driven 
• Great work ethic

Responsibilities 

• Providing high quality nail services, such as manicures, pedicures, Acrylic or Gels and nail art
• Able to manage Employees
• Understanding and following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Recruitment 
• Training New employees 
• Creating new services with trends 
• Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Problem solving 
• Ordering supplies 
• Stocking and maintaining salon area.
• Increasing customer loyalty by promoting products and services.
• Upselling services to customers.
• Working collaboratively with other team members
• Covering shifts for employees 
• Participate in training and staff meetings as required.

Schedule 

• Day and Nights until 9 are required 
• Saturdays 9-5
• Full Time is required
