Women & Infants Hospital, one of the nation’s premier hospitals in the country is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner interested in Obstetrics and Maternal Fetal Medicine to join our hypertension monitoring program. This program aims to reduce maternal morbidity and hospital readmissions related to postpartum hypertension. Opportunity Highlights

• Monday – Friday daytime work schedule with the opportunity of splitting clinical time between in person visits at Women and Infants Hospital and remote work – To be discussed more in detail during interview
• Job duties include triaging care to the emergency department/ physician’ s office, providing education on hypertension, follow-up on non-adherence to blood pressure screenings, evaluating symptoms and managing antihypertensive medications (if needed)
• Average of 5 new patients per day
• Patient panel will consist of reproductive-aged adults who recently delivered
• Supported by Obstetrics and Gynecology specialists, research personnel and blood pressure monitoring system.
