Job Description:  

• This Behavioral Health RN position focuses on providing compassionate and effective care to patients with mental health needs. The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Deliver high-quality care to patients with behavioral health conditions. 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. 

• Monitor patient progress and document care activities. 

• Administer medications and provide patient education when necessary. 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
