Job Description

PC Technician needed for our information technology client in Baltimore City. The PC Technicians will provide imaging and installation computer support at various schools. One year contract position with possible extension. The non-negotiable pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties:

• Install Dell PC and Mac operating system images.
• Maintain all work tools, workspace and equipment in a professional manner.
• Communicate in a positive and effective manner with staff, administration and coworkers.
• Abide by all state, federal, local and departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, processes and standards.
• Utilize the service order ticketing system to ensure customer requests are addressed in accordance to the documented Technology Department service level agreements.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least one year of experience supporting, installing, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosing, repairing and replacing computer, networking and peripheral equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation and good driving record.
• A+ certification is required.
• Must be available to work from 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute non paid lunch on site.
  
• Must be able to pass a FBI background check and drug test.
