Job Title: R&D Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Chemist to join our pharmaceutical research and development team near Elmhurst, IL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing new formulations, conducting research studies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for new pharmaceutical products.

• Conduct comprehensive research and experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of compounds.

• Analyze and interpret data, providing clear and detailed reports on findings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, production, and regulatory affairs.

• Maintain accurate records of experiments and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements and trends within the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development.

• Strong understanding of formulation development and analytical techniques.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 -110,000/year based on experience and qualifications.
