The Role

Remote Registered Nurse (Telehealth) – USA

Position Overview:

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) based in the USA with an active multi-state (NLC) license to join our premium International Telehealth Client. This fully remote position allows you to provide top-tier patient support from the comfort of your home while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth support by assisting patients and healthcare professionals with inquiries, troubleshooting, and clinical guidance within your scope of practice
• Act as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and internal teams to ensure a smooth healthcare experience
• Analyze treatment data, review telecare treatment trends, identify root causes, and recommend improvements for patient care
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support telecare patients and clinical collaborators
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental SOPs while maintaining industry best practices
• Support technical services by addressing escalated cases from Level 1 technical support and assisting with troubleshooting

Training Program:

• Eight weeks of paid training covering technical support, telehealth best practices, and treatment analysis
• Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, six hours per day (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET)

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the USA
• Active RN License (BSc or diploma in nursing)
• Multi-State (NLC) License – Required
• Two to four years of contact center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Experience with dialysis therapy (preferred, not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (US)

• Internet: Ethernet-based 50 Mb/s broadband connection
• Computer: Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB RAM, 120GB SSD
• Headset: Wired USB
• Operating System: Windows 10
