**Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant**

**Compensation:** Starting at $20/hour for candidates with 5+ years of experience. We value our team members and provide opportunities for regular pay increases every six months, with potential earnings ranging from $20 to $25/hour.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate executive communications by taking calls, responding to emails, and interacting with clients.
- Manage calendars, inboxes, and organized files.
- Prepare and format internal and external documents for team members and industry partners.
- Schedule meetings and appointments while managing travel itineraries.
- Organize events outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fundraising activities, and staff appreciation gatherings.
- Maintain a well-organized electronic filing system.
- Handle occasional personal tasks when assisting clients.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Foster a professional and respectful atmosphere among staff and clientele.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite; easily adaptable to firm-specific programs and software.
- Strong skills in collaboration and delegation.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a fast learner.
