PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting National Fuel's Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS) and working closely with departments involved in PSMS to ensure compliance with American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practice 1173. Maintaining the department budget. Supporting programs maintained through our safety management software solution, and its users. Coordinating updates to and testing of the Corporate Recovery Plan, Pandemic Plan and Business Unit Recovery Plans, as required. Assisting in planning corporate tabletop exercises to ensure Company readiness. Overseeing publication of certain safety communications and the departments Intranet pages. Assisting with developing new or expanding existing safety initiatives or programs. Supporting the team members of the Safety Department.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree. Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Problem solving expertise. Proven ability to be proactive and take initiative.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous Safety, Engineering, Audit, or Operations experience. Degree in Safety, Engineering, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or similar discipline.HOW TO APPLY:
