Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our technical projects from planning through execution. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes and drive initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, clearly outlining tasks, milestones, and timelines while effectively allocating resources.
Manage the planning and execution of various technical projects, including software upgrades, security compliance, and migration efforts.

Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead the management and reporting of large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with our organizational strategy.
Create roadmaps and timelines while assisting in staffing decisions to meet current and future needs.
Collaborate with department managers and directors to prioritize tasks, establish deadlines, and allocate resources efficiently.
Stakeholder Management:

Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Foster transparency through regular updates and project tracking, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to manage expectations and clarify any uncertainties.
Governance and Compliance:

Uphold and enhance project governance, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and outcomes.
Monitor adherence to project management standards, policies, and procedures, implementing improvements as necessary.
Lead initiatives focused on project management transformation and change management.
Escalation and Reporting:

Serve as an escalation point for team members, senior management, and directors to address project-related issues.
Maintain a consistent reporting schedule and accountability measures for key stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in completing software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies with the ability to implement them effectively.
Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Familiarity with organizational policies and procedures.
Extensive technical expertise in planning and executing complex technical projects.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 165,000.00 Per Year
