Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Reputation Management Team Leader & Lead Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and executing successful reputation management campaigns across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, meets or exceeds deadlines, and stays ahead of trends with innovative solutions. With at least 2-3 years of experience in project management or account executive roles, you should be a natural leader who is comfortable managing a small team, with strong communication, writing skills, and an eye for detail.
Your ability to manage both client relationships and campaign outcomes will be critical to your success. You'll not only focus on driving results but also ensure that every client feels supported and confident in the strategies we implement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day account responsibilities for clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on reputation management, social media trends, SEO practices, and digital strategies, applying your knowledge to meet and exceed client objectives.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team of analysts, ensuring they are supported and equipped to succeed.
Create and deliver monthly reports that clearly demonstrate the value of our services and campaign results.
Develop and implement effective strategies for reputation management campaigns tailored to each client's needs.
Communicate confidently and proactively with clients to manage expectations and drive positive outcomes.
Identify and explore new business opportunities when necessary to support the growth of the company.
What We're Looking For:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; experience with organic optimization campaigns is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring all are met in a timely manner.
A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Capability to work independently and take initiative once briefed.
Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and approach challenges from new angles.
Deep understanding of branding and the ability to create high-quality content that aligns with client standards.
Experience in setting client expectations and managing relationships effectively.
Previous experience managing and guiding a small team of analysts.
Strong vendor management experience.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Basic knowledge of Public Relations practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
