The Role:
As the SEO / ORM Team Leader & Lead Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering impactful strategies and outstanding client service. You'll lead a small team of analysts, manage client relationships, and oversee the execution of reputation management campaigns across various industries. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays ahead of trends, and approaches challenges with creativity and attention to detail.
This role requires a proactive leader who can meet deadlines, innovate on strategy, and communicate effectively with clients. Your ability to foster strong relationships while producing exceptional results will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts.
Stay up-to-date on the latest reputation management, SEO, and digital trends, and implement strategies to exceed client goals.
Mentor and supervise a team of analysts, fostering their growth and success.
Prepare and present monthly reports that showcase the value and effectiveness of our services.
Develop and implement innovative strategies for reputation management campaigns.
Build and maintain confident communication with clients.
Identify and contribute to new business opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; experience managing organic optimization campaigns is a plus.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and follow direction efficiently.
Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges from new angles.
Strong understanding of brand management and the ability to produce high-quality content.
Proven experience in setting clear client expectations.
Leadership experience managing a small team of analysts.
Strong vendor management experience.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Public Relations principles.
Highly organized with superb time management skills.
