Staffing Consultant Opportunity at K&S Staffing Solutions, Inc.

Responsibilities include:

Managing data entry, conducting interviews, hiring staff, and staying current on daily job orders.
Overseeing staffing needs for multiple companies across various industries.
Marketing and promoting the company to meet workforce demands.
Utilizing computer skills (proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, etc.).
Applying basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
Speaking professionally and authoritatively; knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
Communicating clearly and concisely while collaborating with team members and reporting weekly to management.
Leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to create new job orders.
Providing comprehensive information to potential clients and employees.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Experience in outside sales preferred.
Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
Reliability, dependability, and professionalism are a must.
Able to work independently and under supervision, multitask, and handle stressful situations effectively.
Must have reliable transportation.
