Our client operates within a specific manufacturing niche, selling and implementing an ERP software similar to Microsoft Dynamics and Sage. They are a well established firm that has been in operation for over 50 years and has a truly global presence, with clients reaching as far as Australia. While they have become an industry leader in this space, they still retain the feel of a small startup, with a family-focused culture that emphasizes individual development, work/life balance, and fun.

Your New Role:

* Consult to customers on how to effectively use our client's proprietary ERP software
* Meet with clients in-person for go-live installations
* Provide remote support to various users across finance and accounting
* Gather requirements and document business processes
* Conduct trainings both remotely and in-person
* Gain market expertise in order to recommend improvements on the software for future upgrade projects

What You'll Need:

* 2+ years of accounting experience, whether it be in corporate accounting, with a CPA firm, or a Big 4 Consultancy
* Thorough understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
* Extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central, NAV, Great Plains, AX, F&O, etc.) or Sage 500 are preferred, but not required
* Experience preparing financial statements
* Excellent communication skills and customer facing professionalism
* Must have a valid US Passport and be able to travel as needed (max 25%)
