  • Enhance Onboarding Experiences : Innovate and streamline the onboarding process, creating an inspiring journey that motivates volunteers to contribute their best to our global challenges.
  • Strategic HR Alignment : Collaborate with initiative leaders to integrate effective human resource practices, tailoring support to the unique needs of each interdisciplinary project.
  • Foster Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Connect volunteers across various initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas merge to solve complex societal problems.

Role Description

This is a volunteer, remote role for a Volunteer People Manager for the Journey Team at CrowdDoing. The Volunteer People Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing volunteers within the Journey Team, ensuring smooth collaboration, and supporting the team in creating systemic change. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating volunteer activities, providing support and guidance to volunteers, and fostering a positive team environment.
