Position Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in collaborating with various teams, including the Program Manager, Digital Marketing team, physicians, and other key stakeholders, to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Your focus will be to drive marketing activities that align with business objectives, ensuring all efforts support the organization's mission and strategic goals.
You'll take the lead in crafting marketing plans, evaluating their effectiveness, and working across multiple departments to deliver impactful marketing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects—from digital marketing campaigns and content creation to advertising collateral and event management—ensuring that every initiative is executed seamlessly. As a trusted advisor, you will guide and influence decision-making at all levels, without the need for direct authority, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department leaders, physicians, and external partners, to develop marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
Lead and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, advertising, content creation, and event management.
Provide strategic marketing guidance and consultation to internal clients, helping them understand the value of data analytics and how it can enhance marketing efforts.
Drive the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring objectives are met and results are measurable.
Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution across all marketing efforts.
Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Continuously evaluate and adapt marketing strategies based on market research, audience insights, and feedback to ensure alignment with business needs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts, fostering a culture of teamwork and trust.
Contribute to business and marketing planning processes, helping shape long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA preferred) with 3+ years of professional experience is also highly valued.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Experience with major brands or large-scale marketing projects is preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and analytics tools (experience with Adobe products, including Adobe Analytics, is a plus).
Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting, including the ability to track marketing campaign ROI and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with marketing automation, competitive landscape assessments, and market research.

Schedule & Work Environment:
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
Location: Primarily office-based with occasional travel.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $34 to $38 per hour on W2, based on experience.
