What We’re Looking For:
Communication: Exceptional phone and communication customer service skills are a must.
HR & Leadership: Experience in HR and a natural ability to lead and inspire a team.
Software Skills: Experience with Open Dental and computers
Billing: Experience in patient billing with accuracy and efficiency.
Accounts Receivable: Experience in maintaining AR and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Character: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, a genuine passion for patient care and team collaboration.

We are a 2 Hygienist, 1.5 Doctors, 3 assistants office, 2 front administrators, and 1 virtual assistant (Insurance verification)
5 Operatories
PPO & FFS office (no Medicaid, HMO, or Delta Dental INN)
Specialized general Dentist office providing routine to IV/Implant dentistry.
All digital office
Open dental practice management software
Systemized office with an amazing team to support
