Responsibilities:
- Be an expert in our service list and educate guests on the process and frequency of waxing.
- Analyze a guest's needs and make recommendations from our Full Line of Body and Brow products.
- Educate guests on savings opportunities through our Wax Passes options.
- Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive and upbeat work environment.
- Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals.
Qualifications:
- Esthetics or Cosmetology License
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Capability to do all types of body waxing.
- A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of team members
- Professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by building a rapport with guests
- Sales experience is preferred.
