We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand while enhancing the fan experience. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and offers an incredible opportunity to merge creativity with pop culture.
Key Responsibilities
Design eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, print ads, flyers, brochures, and signage.
Develop engaging visual content for the website, blog, and social media channels to promote events, special guests, merchandise, and community initiatives.
Create promotional assets for conventions and events, such as event program guides, banners, badges, and merchandise, to captivate attendees and elevate their experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., programming, talent, and merchandising) to understand project goals, brainstorm ideas, and deliver creative solutions on time.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they effectively convey the intended message.
Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including graphics, photos, and templates, to streamline workflows and support team efficiency.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
High school diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and passion for storytelling through visuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
A genuine love for pop culture, including comic books, sci-fi, anime, gaming, and cosplay.
Willingness and ability to travel to events, which may include working on weekends and holidays.
